The following are our two most popular options for weekend weddings.
We are happy to discuss other options if these do not suit your special day – just ask!

Option One: Venue PLUS Accommodation

Relax …knowing you and your guests have somewhere to stay and don’t have to drive at the end of the big day! You have control… and you know your guests better than we do, so you allocate the rooms they stay in and you choose to charge back accommodation costs to your guests at your discretion.

Includes use of: (From Saturday morning until Sunday afternoon)

Function Room – Dinning room with tables and chairs, fully equipped bar, dance floor, cozy burner, PA system, LCD Screen. Can accommodate up to 130 people
Commercial Kitchen – (self-catering or hired catering*) Fully equipped – including the crockery and cutlery. 2 BBQ’s for the outside functions
Grounds – 10 acres of magical natural surrounds – paddocks, gardens and the river. Our covered verandah and its steps are very popular for outside Wedding Ceremonies
Accommodation – sleeps up to 44 people in various styles of units - two self-contained family units, four bunk rooms, four double bed rooms, two self-contained units, two family rooms. All accommodation units includes bedding and towels. Campervan and tent sites are also available.

Option Two: Venue only

Includes use of: (From Saturday morning until Sunday afternoon)

On-site Accommodation is available to individuals through our regular booking process at the current rates. This means our units are open to both wedding and non-wedding guests on a first come, first served basis. A deposit is required to hold any booking.

Notes

We take pride in offering you a top quality venue and letting you run your day the way you want. Therefore catering, music & entertainment, photography and flowers, etc. are not included in our packages. However, we would be happy to put you in touch with local providers of these services.

Deposit: A 10%, non-refundable, deposit is required within one month of placing a booking, to secure your chosen wedding date. The remaining 90% is due seven days prior to the event.
